You may not share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to access the Service through a single account, unless you are on a plan that explicitly supports team access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised, or that are being used in violation of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for all content you create, schedule, or publish through MaraJolt (“User Content”). By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
MaraJolt is a tool that acts on your instructions. We are not responsible for the content you publish or the consequences of publishing it to your social accounts.
You must not use MaraJolt to engage in any of the following:
Publishing mass unsolicited content, bulk-following or unfollowing, artificially inflating engagement metrics, or automating interactions in ways that violate platform policies.
Impersonating individuals, brands, or organisations; creating or managing fake personas; or publishing content designed to deceive audiences about the source or nature of the content.
Publishing content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, obscene, or that promotes illegal activities. This includes content that violates export controls or sanctions.
Publishing paid promotions, endorsements, or sponsored content without required disclosures, or making false or misleading claims about products or services.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the MaraJolt service or connected social platforms; circumventing rate limits or security measures; or reselling API access.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
MaraJolt integrates with the APIs of third-party social media platforms. By using the Service to publish content to these platforms, you also agree to be bound by their respective terms of service and developer policies:
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of MaraJolt complies with the terms and developer policies of each platform you connect. MaraJolt will make reasonable efforts to comply with platform API policies, but we cannot guarantee continued access to third-party APIs, as platforms may change or revoke API access at any time.
In the event that a platform revokes MaraJolt's API access, we will notify you and, where possible, provide reasonable notice before features are affected.
Your content: You retain full ownership of all content you create and publish through MaraJolt. By using the Service, you grant MaraJolt a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the Service (e.g. scheduling and publishing your posts).
AI-generated content: Content generated by the AI assistant is produced on your behalf based on your inputs. You take ownership of and responsibility for any AI-generated content once you review and approve it for publication. MaraJolt makes no claims of ownership over AI-generated content.
MaraJolt intellectual property: The MaraJolt platform, brand, software, and all associated technology remain the exclusive property of MaraJolt. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology outside the scope of using the Service as intended.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MaraJolt and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to MaraJolt in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
By you: You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account from the dashboard settings or by contacting us at legal@marajolt.ai. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By MaraJolt: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation poses a risk to the Service or other users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of termination unless prohibited by law.
Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections 4 (User Responsibilities), 7 (Intellectual Property), and 8 (Limitation of Liability) survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, applicable law, or our business practices. When we make material changes, we will:
